I am writing this review while staying in hotel from 25 th Dec to 30 th Dec. First of all, staffs are good,coprerative and make an attempt to resolve issues on high priority. Rooms are clean, home services done on time with change of bed sheets everyday. Only negative is xxx rooms are relatively small . Stand out things is high quality food served at speed. Overall great experience. Mr Amit is superb at handling customer issues

I booked 4 rooms from Goibibo. Even before proceeding further for booking called the reception for the booking confirmation. They denied to give access for the rooms at my booking price. My booking was completely prepaid. In the night at 10 pm, they told me that they can give me only 1 room and for that also I have to pay 800 rs extra. My booking was with breakfast. But they charged 400 rs extra again for 2 persons. Hospitality and maintenance with respect to Room charges are not up to the Mark. Geyser was not working properly. AC was tripping in the night.

Dear All, Do not book or do not stay in this hotel. Staff and owner of this hotel are cheaters. Krishna Thakur is a manager who don't have the sense of behave with the guests. Yes they ofcourse treat you very well till you will not confirm the booking or check in at the hotel. As you check in at the hotel. No one will respond you in any of your Concerns. If you will complain to the reception they will advise you to talk to Manager Krishna Thakur. And when you talk to this man named "Krishna Thakur." This person Krishna blame to the owner and always said to us that our owner is psycho. Owner is not understanding and also speaking bad words regarding the owner. We have never see these type of people's in any hotel industry. This hotel is not safe looking to the behaviour of manager Krishna and owner of this property. We are strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many other best options in this budget or similar too hotel. This hotel is not advisable in clear words. Stay away from this. Do not book this. These people will spoil All your things.

Food and services are awesome in the restaurant. Mr Amit has well supported and ensured home like food in the restaurant. He is very generous to ensure healthy food customised based on our requirements. Highly recommended for the stay and food

Overpriced, breakfast was 250 per person was certainly not worth it 400 per person buffet dinner. Service was very slow. TV was not working. Rooms size was not satisfactory. Although check-in was smooth staff seemed to be friendly and helping. location is decent although 5 KM's far from banke Bihari temple. And also no good restaurants nearby.
